Membership Information

Membership, Admission, Categories of Membership All categories of membership at TCCI must be proposed and seconded by existing Members in good standing, with no outstanding dues, and are subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.

1. Patron Life Member

Individuals or institutions invited by the Executive Committee are eligible for Patron Life Membership upon payment of a one-time Lifetime Membership Fee of INR 5,00,000/-.
 

Rights:

• Enjoy full rights and privileges in TCCI as outlined in the Articles of Association.
• Entitled to nominate up to three representatives to participate in TCCI activities.
• Possess voting rights on all TCCI matters.
• Access to exclusive networking events and meetings with industry leaders.
• Participation in TCCI-hosted industry conferences and networking events.

Corporate Member

(20-Year Membership) Eligible companies or firms engaged in business or professional activities may become Corporate Members upon payment of a membership fee of INR 3,00,000/-, valid for a duration of 20 years.

• Enjoy full rights and privileges in TCCI as outlined in the Articles of Association.
• Entitled to nominate two representatives to participate in TCCI activities for the 20-year membership period.
• No voting rights.
• Access to corporate-focused initiatives and collaboration opportunities with other businesses.
• Participation in industry conferences and networking events.

This membership structure ensures a wide range of opportunities for individuals and organizations to engage with TCCI, fostering collaboration and growth within the business community.

Institutional Life Member

Eligible institutions may apply for Institutional Life Membership upon payment of a one-time fee of INR 2,00,000/-.

Rights:

• Full rights and privileges in TCCI as per the Articles of Association.
• Entitled to nominate one representative to participate in TCCI activities.
• Voting rights on all TCCI matters.
• Access to industry-specific resources and support services.
• Participation in TCCI networking events and industry conferences.

Individual Life Member Individuals

from the eligible category may obtain Individual Life Membership by paying a Lifetime Membership Fee of INR 1,00,000/-.
 

Rights:

• Full rights and privileges in TCCI under the Articles of Association for the member’s lifetime.
• Voting rights in TCCI matters.
• Access to professional development programs and workshops.
• Participation in networking events and industry conferences.

NRI Member Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) 

NRIs or institutions with business interests in the State Capital Region (SCR) are eligible for NRI Membership upon payment of a membership fee of INR 1,00,000/-.

Rights:

• Full rights and privileges in TCCI under the Articles of Association, provided NRI status is maintained.
• Voting rights in TCCI matters.
• Access to resources and support tailored to business interests in the State Capital Region.
• Participation in international trade missions and events.

 Start-up Member

Start-ups that are registered as a Private Limited Company, Partnership Firm, or LLP, and have been in operation for less than three years with an annual turnover not exceeding INR ₹2 crore, are eligible for Start-up Membership. A balance sheet certified by an auditor must be provided. Membership Fee: INR 50,000/-
 

Rights:

• Full rights and privileges in TCCI as outlined in the Articles of Association.
• Voting rights in TCCI matters after three years, upon converting this membership to the respective category and paying the applicable fees.
• Access to start-up resources, mentoring, and valuable networking opportunities.

 Close Relative Member

Individuals who are closely related to existing members and actively engaged in business may apply for Close Relative Membership, provided they can substantiate their business involvement. Membership Fee: INR 25,000/-
 

Rights:

• Full rights and privileges in TCCI as per the Articles of Association.
• Voting rights in TCCI matters.
• Access to all TCCI resources, events, and networking opportunities.

Notes: -

• Women entrepreneurs are entitled to a 50% reduction in the membership fee for Individual Life Member and Start-up Member categories.
• All membership categories, except Corporate Honorary Members, have voting rights.
• Patron, Corporate, and Institutional Life Members have the right to nominate representatives as specified.

2.Institutional Life Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Copy of Incorporation Certificate.
• Letter from the institution nominating the representative.
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

 3. Individual Life Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Proof of business or professional experience (minimum 3 years).
• Copy of Business Registration or Professional Certification.
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

4. Corporate Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Copy of Incorporation Certificate.
• Letter from the institution nominating the two representatives.
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

5. NRI Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Proof of NRI status (e.g., Passport, Visa, Overseas Citizen of India Card).
• Copy of Business Registration or Incorporation Certificate (for Institutions).
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

6. Start-up Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Copy of Incorporation Certificate or Registration (Private Limited Company, Registered Partnership Firm, or LLP).
• Copy of Start-up Registration Certificate.
• Balance sheet certified by an Auditor.
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

7. Close Relative Member

• Completed Membership Application Form.
• Proof of relationship with the Member (e.g., Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate).
• Documented proof of involvement in the Member’s business (e.g., Partnership Deed, ROC Certificate, etc.).
• Proof of Membership Fee Payment.
• One photograph for ID Card.

 8. Honorary Member

• Invitation Letter from the Executive Committee.
• One photograph for ID Card.

General Requirements

• Identification Proof: Government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Aadhar card, Election ID, etc.).
• Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs (2 copies).
• Membership Application Form: Completed and signed.
• Payment Proof: Receipt or transaction confirmation of the Membership Fee paid.
